Theodore Logan & Son, Inc. is a commercial painting company based out of Portland, Maine. Founded in 1880 by Theodore Logan, we are a fourth-generation family business. We take great pride in the quality of our work and place a very high value on customer satisfaction and employee safety. John grew up in Scarborough, Maine. He graduated with a Business degree from the University of Southern Maine. He has over 40 years of experience in the commercial painting and coatings industry. This wealth of knowledge gives us a competitive advantage in servicing any coating needs. John focuses largely on project estimates & client relations.

Austin Logan – Vice President/Project Manager –

Austin grew up in Cape Elizabeth and graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a degree in Business. He is our project manager and spends most of his time on job sites supervising crews and ensuring the quality of craftsmanship. He has 11 years of experience in the coatings industry. Austin has completed an OSHA 10 hour course and is a certified lead renovator. He is also a Genie Lift Pro certified trainer for Mobile Elevated Work Platform operators. He is responsible for implementing and overseeing safety protocols and practices within the company. He works with project superintendents and project managers to coordinate the scheduling of work for all projects. Austin also focuses much of his time on quality control to ensure that all clients are happy with the final product.
